Hey catchers, I am Dion Caruso. I am a lifelong catcher, a catchers coach, a certified strength & conditioning coach, and above everything else, a lifelong student of the catchers position.

I started Catcher Nation to be part of a big community of catchers where we can all talk about catching, learn about catching, meet other catchers, and share ideas about the catching position and baseball.

My passion for catching and baseball runs deep and I hope to share my passion for the game with as many catchers and ball players as I can!
